Seymour: [00:00:00] Well, hello. Great to see you. Um, I hope your summer's going well. Welcome to Spot, uh, the Difference, uh, coming to you from our secret headquarters in New York. Uh, but I know there's thousands of customers and investors in our team, uh, spread all around the world, so welcome to you, uh, whoever you are and wherever you are, uh, today.
It's Spot the Difference. Things are going to be a little bit different. I'm flying solo. You had almost the whole team or a good, a good core of the team, uh, joined you for our, uh, special investor meeting the other day. Uh, it's just gonna be me moving fast and breaking things. I've got over thirty new products to show you.
Uh, tell you about something super fun that we've never done before that we're gonna do in July, which is, I think, just about a week away now, isn't it? Uh, I've got some beautiful prizes, uh, to give away towards the end. Uh, just for being here, you're in the draw for that. Uh, and then we're gonna open a short, sharp, uh, just opened a short, sharp investment week.
Uh, one week from now until next Tuesday. Uh, for everyone who missed the [00:01:00] chance to invest in April, we kept hearing from people, "Can I get in? Can I get in?" So we're just gonna do another quick, uh, week, but it's got a little bit of a twist to it, uh, that I think will be of great interest to you, um, and of great interest to you if you're one of the people who already, uh, did invest in April of this year.
Now, as I just mentioned, uh, ten, twelve days ago, we held, uh, our biggest investor meeting yet. We've done some smaller ones before, but this one was huge. Uh, I looked it up. Regular shareholder meetings get, you know, a, like, a good one gets about one percent. Most get less than one percent of their investors.
Uh, we had eleven point three percent of our investors attending, which I think is absolutely incredible and just speaks to the incredible, uh, sort of heart and commitment of everyone involved. So if you're one of our investors, thank you so much. As I said, we're opening up an opportunity for folks who'd like to join us in that.
Love it if you'd join us. And I'm super proud of the team. Uh, they did an amazing job. Grateful to everyone who attended and contributed and made that [00:02:00] meeting a meeting that possible. Uh, and we got, uh, we got a lot of love, uh, feedback. Thank you, uh, so much. Uh, I guess there's — 11.3 is a lot of love, just that many folks, uh, showing up.
But we also got fantastic feedback, uh, on what we've been messing up, and we listened really hard. And so a lot of today is as a direct result of the feedback, uh, that you guys gave us or many of our investors gave us just a, just a few days, uh, before. Some of it was already on its way, but some of it is brand new as a result of your feedback, and I think you're gonna like it.
I'll cover that in full detail in a minute, but I do just wanna say right now, uh, here's where we are. The products are now fantastic, beautiful, solid. Customers essentially are loving the products. The shipping has been really bad, and I'm gonna tell you the exact plan that we have got for straightening that out.
Uh, and it's pretty MAGFAST, and it's pretty, it's pretty radical 'cause we're gonna talk about a lot of stuff that's happening in the next few [00:03:00] months. And I want you to know that, um, while we're continuing to work on the products and improve the products and make them even better and even cooler and even more beautiful packaging, we know now that it's the kind of operation side that needs, that needs intense focus, and I'm gonna talk a little bit about that, uh, today.
So, uh, the plan today, uh, first I'm gonna tell you about the exciting new stuff, uh, and give you a little preview of this cool thing we've got coming up in July. Um, then I'm gonna go through some of the important stuff, uh, two or three important things, uh, from the feedback that we got from you, changes that we're making, changes we're making around here.
And then if it all sounds good to you and you feel you want to become an actual investor in MAGFAST or increase your investment now, uh, then we'll let you know how to do that a little bit later on. We're gonna be open up, as I say, until the end of the month, so until, uh, midnight on June the 30th. Uh, and we've got some remarkable, truly remarkable, uh, gorgeous best ever perks for you as you're going to see.
Um, I wanted to say quickly before we start, there's something [00:04:00] that we do around here. There's a way we have of thinking around here that I think is, uh, is unique. Um, and it's the simple word delightful. And when I talk about this, folks sometimes go, "Oh, Sean, well, that's kind of soft, isn't it? Like it's a bit woozy.
Like what are your, what are your KPIs? You know, what are your key business metrics?" And we look at all those, and indeed the systems that we're building, I'm about to talk about, are gonna make it much, uh, much easier and faster for us to, to follow those KPIs. But, you know, there's only one thing, uh, ultimately at the end of the day that can really differentiate us, and that's whether, uh, you, our customers, find the business of dealing with MAGFAST to be delightful.
And I believe that with the products that we have today, look at the, uh, beautiful colored Lux Pro, people — You should see the reviews. People are just out of their minds with the, with the Lux Pro cables. The reviews of the products are, are, are fantastic. Uh, the reviews of our customer service and our shipping are not nearly so good.
And so that's what we have [00:05:00] to turn our attention to. I'm gonna tell you a minute about what we're doing about that, and it is not trivial, and I think it's gonna help us leapfrog, leapfrog the competition. But first, let's do, uh, the reveal. So look, a couple of months ago, we introduced you to, uh, a, a new product, a new concept for MAGFAST, which is our ceramic products.
Now, ceramic, as I told you, that is this incredible, amazing material. It was the first ever man-made, uh, material. We, we, historians believe, uh, first evidence of it about 30,000, uh, BC. Uh, there's the famous and rather immodest Venus, uh, how do I pronounce this? Venus of Dolní Věstonice, uh, is rated about 29,000 BC.
Uh, but it's such an incredible material that whilst it has lasted, uh, for three, um... not, sorry, I was gonna say three millennia, 30 millennia. Um, it's also used in the most modern applications. The Artemis II, a space vehicle that was up just, uh, a few [00:06:00] weeks ago in space, uh, uses ceramic, uh, as part of its system to protect the vehicle during, during re-entry.
So ceramic, incredibly beautiful, extremely durable, uh, but it's kind of expensive, and it's only worth putting onto the very best products. And so, a couple of months ago when we met, we introduced you to ceramic in ceramic white, uh, for four of our products. I have a couple of them, couple of them here today.
Uh, here is Air Pro in beautiful ceramic white, and I don't know how well on this camera you can see. It's tending to, tends to bleach out on this camera. But, uh, we can bring the captions up, uh, bring the pictures up. Beautiful ceramic white. Uh, Database Pro also in beautiful glossy ceramic white. And I don't have the sample, uh, here yet, but also Passport is gonna be in ceramic white, and so is Time Pro, uh, for Apple Watch and for Samsung Watch.
Okay. Now To say that people went a bit nuts when we introduced this would be understating it. Uh, folks were just, [00:07:00] um, you know, it was one of the best responses, frankly, that we have, uh, that we have ever had. But we've had also a lot of people asking would we make it available, would we make these ceramic products available in other colors?
Now white, of course, is gorgeous, has universal appeal, looks fantastic in your kitchen, in your office, whatever. It looks great pretty much everywhere. Um, but I was looking at one of our most successful, uh, events, uh, certainly from the last year, uh, uh, maybe even ever, which was the Twelve Days of White Hot Chrisma-Hanukkah.
Uh, you may remember we did this in, uh, end of, uh, I guess November, uh, and December of last year. And some of the biggest days we had were where we offered variations of Lux Pro in all of the colors, okay? Folks went crazy for these. People are getting... They've got their rainbow kits now. They absolutely love them.
We've chosen this very, very special, uh, color palette, and so today we're gonna announce that we're going to [00:08:00] extend the ceramic, uh, the, the ceramic finish, the ceramic colors to all of them, not just white. We're gonna add all of the re- of the rest of them. Uh, something else, by the way, um, shall we just take a look at those first of all?
Let's bring those, let's bring those up on the screen. I just wanna say something first of all about Air Pro, the first one we're showing you here. Uh, I'm holding it here in white. Uh, but quite a lot of folks missed this, and there's an important upgrade in addition to ceramic, which is that, uh, just in the last few months, the industry, the wireless magnetic charging industry, has ratified a new charging standard, uh, which raises the charging on these three — No one else is doing, uh, three of them.
Um, uh, raises on all three of these surfaces to, uh, twenty-five watts. So when you first put a hungry device onto here, you're gonna get twenty-five watts, uh, right out of the gate. And as you know, we're the only folks who can do three simultaneously like this. I'm not, I'm not plugged in here, as you can see.
But, uh, this is just so fantastic on your, you know, your [00:09:00] kitchen counter. Members of the family come in. Someone can be reading a recipe off of here. Others can be charging at the same time. It's really a joy to, uh, to beh- It's great on your desk. It's great by your bed. You put the adapter on, put a watch, uh, and so on.
But, uh, the kitchen is the, is the sort of, uh, an extraordinary, extraordinary place to use it. So we're gonna introduce it in all of these other colors. So let's take a look at them. Beautiful ceramic white you've seen. Now you're gonna get seafoam green. Choose seafoam green. Isn't that amazing? Or what about Air Pro in Sunshine Yellow?
Isn't this incredible? Thank you to Bailey and Kate and the team, um, for putting this artwork together for us. Sunshine Yellow. Uh, Candy Pink. Is this beautiful? I still think it's my favorite. And Juicy Orange[00:10:00]
And yes, piano black. I don't know how well the gloss is showing here. A beautiful, rich, deep, glossy piano black. Now, making products like this to our standard needs to be done right, so they're gonna be on pre-order, uh, through this summer with some amazing bonuses, uh, guaranteed hand shipping, I'll explain what I mean by hand shipping, in plenty of time, uh, for the holidays.
Okay? We'll talk more about that a little, a little bit later on. Um, and yes, for the next week until midnight on June the 30th, we're doing a special investors limited edition in each of those colors. So you can get investors limited edition white, which we offered earlier. And if you invested, thank you so much, uh, to all of our investors.
Uh, right now, thank you to the ones, uh, those of you who invested, uh, back in April. Um, welcome to the family. I know there's a whole load of new investors in there. Welcome back, folks who invest over and over and [00:11:00] over again. Um, so if you invested and you're due to get a ceramic, uh, white at the moment, uh, we will be offering you the chance, if you would like, to change to any of the, any of these colors.
So white, I think, is gonna remain extremely popular. It's the kind of universal color, right? But if you want to switch to one of the other ceramic colors, uh, we will let you do that before, uh, shipping. We'll, we'll date — we'll do — be sort of polling sooner than that to find out which are the most popular colors.
All right, so I'll talk more about it a little bit later on, uh, but during this investment window, there are going to be perks for people who invest at different — I think five hundred is the, is the minimum to get one of the perks. But, uh, folks who want to own a little bit of the company, invest five hundred dollars or more, and you can get, uh, any of these ceramic products in any of the new ceramic colors.
Let's look at the others as well. Look, here's Database. Okay? You know Database, it's the awesome hub that allows you to plug in all of your other devices, your mices and your keyboardses. Uh, you can plug in a, um, a screen, a 4K screen, um, [00:12:00] and anything else that you want. We got a place to put a — do I have a card here?
No, you can put a, you can plug a, uh, uh, uh, an SD card or a microSD card in there. It's even got an audio socket. Fantastic. Database Pro now in all of the ceramic, uh, colors. And, uh, folks have been asking, we have photo — one or two folks who already received Database Pro, um, who it kinda came along with something else, and they hadn't in — they weren't intending to buy a hub, but it kind of arrived.
Um, if you go to the homepage of our website now, we do have a full guide, uh, right linked right from the bottom of the homepage on all of the products, including Database, including Database Pro. All right, what else have we got here? Uh, Time Pro, our beautiful little baby for charging watches, uh, Apple and Samsung initially, is also coming in all six of the colors, right?
So you can match it to your Air Pro. Just as a reminder about how, uh, how this all works, um- The Air Pro has the industry QI, [00:13:00] it's called QI2, Qi2 is the way you pronounce it, or MagSafe charging standard on all three of these. And that standard itself doesn't support watch charging. There's a couple of watches that do, but essentially it's not a watch charging standard, okay?
Because we had a couple of comments from people saying, "My watch doesn't work." Well, it, it can't because the industry didn't design it like that. That's where Time Pro comes in, okay? And it just snaps right on there like that. It's so beautiful. It's a perfect, perfect match. Your watch goes on like that, and it receives its power through the base, you see.
So Time Pro, quite a little player. We love our, we love our Time Pro. All right. And then finally, we're gonna do Passport as well in all of the colors. Let's have a quick look at Passport here. It's the, um- Well, we call it 5K. Uh, most of the industry has, uh, 5K, meaning 5,000 milliamp hours. Milliamp hours are a kind of weird, uh, measurement, but anyway, fi- milliamp hours is what the industry uses.
So most of them have 5,000. We actually have [00:14:00] 5,500, so you get a kind of 10% bonus in the actual battery capacity. And then beyond that, there's ways that we're gonna be getting more out of the battery with our partnership with the folks at Iontra. But just as a reminder, uh, a world first in two ways for Passport, okay?
So all of them, all of the competitors... We have a competitor over here. Uh, you know, this kind of thing, they just snap, snap. They all snap right on the back like that. So everybody snaps on the back. Uh, we snap on the back, and that's how you charge when you're on the go. It's a very convenient format.
However, uh, nobody else allows you to charge wirelessly. So this, okay, being able to simply put, uh, your... You can keep your phone on or you can take your, take your phone off. Um, being able to do this and just mount directly, uh, onto your Air Pro or indeed onto a cheaper competitor. Here they are. I always do this demonstration.
You can use a cheap competitor if you would like with your Passport. It will charge just fine. When you come to pick it up, the cheap competitor will go flying in the air. That's why we think [00:15:00] one is better off. We know that it's a way, way, way better experience to have the heavyweight of chargers, which is Air Pro.
He just left off beautifully like this. But anyway, back to Passport. Uh, so it's got a little bit of extra, uh, think of it as like a reserve tank of an extra, extra 10% of, of, of battery power using Iontra. We're gonna do two things. We're gonna get more out of the battery, uh, on any one occasion, and then over time it will last longer as well because Iontra, uh, we're working, uh, wi- with them with this fantastic new, uh, clever technology that, that steps more smoothly.
Do you remember I told you about this? Steps more smoothly, uh, through the individual charging levels 'cause a lot of that abrupt movement is what actually degrades the battery over time. So we're gonna get two to three times... We're g- we're gonna warranty, uh, two times the, the, uh, number of cycles, uh, of a regular battery.
We think we're gonna get up to three times in total. Um, and the way it's achieved is by going more gently through the different levels, like going more gently through a gearbox. You remember I gave you the example, you know, if [00:16:00] you have a, a beautiful car, would you rather have world champion Sir Lewis Hamilton, the GOAT, uh, operating your gearbox?
Or would you rather have Mr. Bean? And it turns out the whole industry is kinda using Mr. Bean electronics to go jerk, jerk, jerk through the different charging levels, and we're gonna give you Sir Lewis Hamilton. Uh, can I just say that he's not involved and not endorsing it. I'm just giving you that as a, just as an example.
All right. So Passport, uh, is also gonna be in all of the colors. Uh, just look at it. Gorgeous. We showed white before, but we're gonna give you piano black, seafoam green, sunshine yellow Candy pink, uh, and juicy orange. We're gonna have all of those as well. Um, and yeah, so the, uh — And all of these colors are included in the perks for the investment round that we've just opened up that runs until the end of the month.
I'll tell you what the different perks are at the different, uh, levels. Uh, they're gonna be included. Um, and yes, if you invested, as I said, in [00:17:00] April, you will be able to pick from any of the colors, uh, not just the white that we showed you back in April. And, uh, and I would proceed cautiously doing this, uh, you will be able to mix and match all that you want.
You can com — do any combination of colors. Uh, I would be careful if you're planning on stacking them all on top of each other. They do go beautifully together, um, but that on top of your color scheme in your room, uh, needs to be considered carefully. But you're welcome to, uh, to, to mix and match. And as you can see, they can be really fun, look absolutely incredible, uh, together.
Now, this all started, of course, with Lux Pro, uh, in the colors. We first showed these to you, um, too long ago. Took too long to get them shipping, but they're now shipping in quantity, and we actually have, uh, containers coming in, uh, every, every few weeks anyway. So invoices coming in and containers coming in every few weeks.
So I hope that we will always be, uh, in, in stock in the future. The thing is, we tend to get these surges in demand. And in fact, the thing I'm about to tell you about [00:18:00] is a way of guaranteeing that we can fill every single, uh, order, uh, for Christmas because these are, uh — for Christmas and the, uh, the, and the holidays 'cause these are so popular as gifts.
Uh, I don't have the exact data on it, but I will tell you that the cables, uh, s- we're now up to an average of eight cables, Lux cables per person. Uh, people don't buy eight for themselves. They buy, they buy those for gifts. Uh, and all of our stuff, as you know, comes in the beautiful, beautiful packaging.
Let me just pick one of them up here. There's the, there's the packaging for Database. As you can see, it's spectacular Like, we try to be matching the, the most premium brands of all. Even the s- even the, even the side is that. Let's show you, uh ... Oh. Here's, um, here's Air Pro. Okay? Perfect for gifting. That's our investors edition logo, uh, on the top, on the top there.
Collector's edition? I don't know. Limited [00:19:00] edition. Um, even the back, this is the arse end of the box. Look how beautiful the arse end is. Okay? Actually, that's the ... I guess that's the actual. Even that's pretty, pretty spectacular. So all of the packaging is absolutely, is absolutely beautiful. But, uh, coming back to Lux Pro and the color, so the color started with, uh, with, with Lux Pro, as I mentioned.
Um, but our all-time most popular product was the original Lux, as we've been doing it, we've been doing it for, for longer. Uh, people love them both, both equally, and they're for different places. Like Lux Pro is the ultimate in performance, 240 watts, 10 gigabits per second. I mean, just, just crazy, crazy performance.
The original Lux is more of your kind of your everyday, uh, driver. Has this just beautiful, beautiful curvy shape on it. Um, phenomenal, uh, reviews. It's just, it's just spectacular. And so we've decided to do, um, to do Lux in all of the colors as well. All right? And so those are gonna go into pre-order again [00:20:00] in the next, in the next few weeks as well.
So again, we're gonna have a black, we're gonna have white, we're gonna have, uh, the sunshine yellow, and the seafoam green, and the candy pink, and, uh, which one have I missed out? Oh, the juicy, juicy orange as well. So here's the, uh, here's the, the, uh, origi- original box. We did do it for a while, we did the limited edition.
Ooh Persian, Persian red. So that gives you like a hint of what Lux Pro is like, uh, like in a color. And we're super, super excited about Lux coming in colors this, uh, this, this summer. It goes nice and small into a pocket. I always travel, uh, with several of these within reach, uh, when I'm on a plane, and it's just gonna be fantastic in all the colors.
Oh, by the way, speaking of all the colors, all right, it's great within families 'cause then everybody knows, okay, when Dad has, um, borrowed Julie's cable, yeah, or Mom has taken Steven's, just, you know, just for the afternoon. Sure. Of, of course, uh, just, just, just borrowed for the afternoon. Right. Yeah. [00:21:00] Um, and talking of excellent everyday drivers and everyday specs and things you're gonna want in colors because they're gonna wanna be borrowed, uh, we're introducing you today a fantastic new product called Powerbrick Mini.
Powerbrick Mini. Look at this little guy. It's the perfect partner, uh, for Lux, for any USB cable, uh, to be honest, and it's a beast. These tiny little guys here, I've got them in, uh, white and black here. We're gonna do it in all of the colors, if we can bring up the picture of it in all the colors, please.
Okay. This tiny little guy, uh, PD, power delivery. That's the big industry standard. Sixty watts. Sixty watts, uh, from two USB outlets. It can, uh, share them, so you can do, I don't know. You can, you can do a lot. The truth of the matter is that many, uh, even full-on laptops use less than 60 most of the time. So whilst this wouldn't be, uh, the choice for your kind of your permanent, uh, laptop station, carry one of these around with you, uh, wherever you go.
And, [00:22:00] uh, they're absolutely fantastic. Uh, this guy, uh, Powerbrick Pro, Powerbrick Pro 140, has turned out to be one of our most popular products, one of our most popular products. We're working, uh, with the same, uh, genius electronics team, same manufacturing team, uh, for Powerbrick Mini, and we're super excited about it.
Uh, we can't wait to get them in your hands in just, in just a few months. Uh, we have them — Uh, I've, I've had them on, on trial here for a few, a few weeks now, and, uh, my advice to you would be to get lots of them because people do seem to want to, uh, to borrow it, you know, just for the afternoon, that kind of thing.
The team, I have to keep them on my desk, and our team will tell you, just like the original Lux. You remember I told you that story that, uh, before anyone else had experienced Lux, I was going, "Guys, this thing's so soft. It's incredible. You're gonna love it." And the team thought I had completely, uh, lost it.
And whilst in the general sense they were right about it, uh, in terms of Lux, uh, this has proven to just be a kind of a world-class, class product. And I [00:23:00] think Little Powerbrick Mini, uh, could well fall into the same category. It's super simple. There's no complexity about it. You just plug it in, and you get great, consistent, reliable power.
So Ceramic Investor's Limited Edition, uh, for everyone who invests $500 or more, uh, this week up until, uh, midnight on the 30th. Um, uh, that's if you would like to — If you love what we're doing and you'd just like to own a little piece of our company. I'll give you some more details on that in just a minute.
And then, uh, one of the, we — I, I gotta talk a little bit more about the feedback from our, uh, investors 10 or 12 days ago, but one of the things was like, "Why don't you do more promotion?" Uh, well, promotion is a lot of work, so you can't, you know, just to keep the team fresh, we can't do it, we can't do it, uh, uh, all the time.
Uh, but we're gonna do a big one this summer, and starting on the 1st of July, it's our first ever MAGFAST Christmas in July. [00:24:00] MAGFAST Christmas in July. Uh, so here's how it's gonna go. Right after this, uh, invest with perks window up until the end of this month, immediately at midnight, we're gonna open up Christmas in July.
Midnight, uh, we know, when, when — at the beginning of the 1st of July. Um, and it's gonna be super fun. It's gonna go for 12 days of Christmas in July. Starts July 1st through to the 12th. So let's talk about this. Why Christmas in July? Well, 'cause we think it'll be a lot of fun. But the truth is that when we did the 12 days of White Hot Chrisma-Hanukkah, uh, last holiday season, the success of it completely took us aback.
And if you were someone who joined us then, um, unfortunately, there's a good chance that you didn't get all of your stuff in time for Christmas, and we wanna make sure, as we're growing, that we avoid that, um, uh, if we can, a hundred percent, but certainly ninety-nine percent, uh, this year. So that holiday special took us aback.
We were kind of, kind of, uh, [00:25:00] kind of overwhelmed in all kinds of ways, like sort of overwhelmed with the support and sort of touch that p- kind of people love what we were doing so much. But also, frankly, the systems were overwhelmed. The i-inventory was, uh, overwhelmed. So that ain't happening, uh, this year.
Uh, Christmas in July is a way of guaranteeing that you'll get everything in plenty of time, uh, for the holidays. Uh, the deal is we're gonna, we're gonna run this promotion, uh, from the 1st to the 12th. 12th is a Sunday. Monday the morning, the 13th, we're writing huge orders, large orders against all of the factories, and then if you play out the timing of that, it means that everything's gonna be in.
Uh, we are, we're guaranteeing, uh, for the holidays, we're promising the 7th of December, and we're aiming for, uh, sooner than that. I hope quite a bit sooner than that, but we're promising the 7th, 7th of December. And because when you go ahead and participate... This is gonna be a lot of fun, by the way. Do, uh, do open your texts and emails and click through every day 'cause there's absolutely something, uh, [00:26:00] for everybody is gonna be, uh, in there.
But because you're being super generous, um, by pre-ordering, joining us early to make sure that we can, uh, serve you, uh, we're gonna do, uh, something for you, which we did, uh, last Christmas super successfully. We're going to introduce again some super generous mystery boxes with every single one of the offers over the 12 days.
Um, and they will also arrive in plenty of time for Christmas. Now, I just need to talk about the mystery boxes. Okay. Everything in the mystery boxes will be factory-fresh inventory, top-tier stuff, the stuff that we show you in these presentations, the stuff that you could otherwise be buying on the website.
Okay? So you can get it for free as part of the, as part of the, um, uh, Christmas in July, or the same items you'd be welcome to buy at full, at full price. And we're gonna be generous with these mystery boxes. Uh, typically, if you're, uh, pre-ordering, you know, you're Christmas in July-ing, uh, something worth, [00:27:00] uh, say 500 bucks, you might get, like, another $300, uh, of, of, of mystery box.
Um, and these, so as I say, these are not leftovers. These are all gorgeous, brand-new, factory-fresh, beautifully packaged, so perfect for gifting. Um, loads of great stocking stuffers and much, much more. Um, and as I say, this year we're planning it all, so, uh, there's gonna be lots of inventory, and we should be able to do variety.
Our goal is that there are no two mis- for any individual person, uh, when you, when you, uh, go ahead and join us on days like three, five and seven of the, of the 12 days, you'll be getting at least three mystery boxes, and they're each going to be different, so there'll be variety in there as well. Okay, and I just mention that, uh, because, as I say, last Christmas, uh, kinda surprised us.
Last holidays surprised us. Some people just went absolutely nuts. I think — I didn't look this up before. I should have looked this up before, uh, before coming here now. But I have a [00:28:00] feeling somebody g- had 32 mystery boxes coming to them. Am I misremembering that? It was certainly a couple of dozen. I — The number th-thirty-two is, is, is in my head.
Um, so, uh, thirty-two sounds, uh, uh, uh, perhaps, perhaps a little more enthusiastic than average, but, but we'd love it if you join us. We're gonna do some really phenomenal, uh, phenomenal deals, different ones every single day. Uh, so we'll email and text you, uh, each of the, each of the 12 days. Open them up.
They're gonna be absolutely amazing. So as I say, uh, that runs from the first, uh, th-to the twelfth of July. Yes, with something extra special on the Fourth of July. And then, as I said, Monday the thirteenth, we're gonna be placing huge orders on the factory. The clock starts running then. That means we're gonna have everything to you in plenty of time, uh, for the holidays, uh, through the new way of shipping that I'm gonna tell you about in just a second.
So all guaranteed early for the holidays, and, uh, by ordering now, uh, you're gonna, uh, you know, we're gonna — essentially, you're gonna [00:29:00] p-place your, place your order, the money's gonna go straight to the, to the factory. Now, uh, I hope you agree that this is, uh, this all sounds, sounds pretty great, but I do understand, uh, that with some of the challenges we've had, um, I know when you've got the products in your hands, um, we're basically doing a great job.
But the folks are rightly feel that we haven't been hitting our marks in other areas. Remember, the standard for MAGFAST is not — I mean, I — World-class is a phrase that we use, but we're trying to be more delightful even than the, the best folks out there. And I believe we're achieving that, uh, with the products, products now, with the occasional exception of one that ha- that, that has a fault.
Any, any large scale manufacturing, occasionally there's one that needs to be replaced. But the products are fantastic, but we need to get, uh, a, a couple of other areas of the b- of the business, um, polished up. So let's, uh, let's, let's talk about it because the products are so good. Look what people are saying about them now.
Look at this one. This is, uh, Kevin G. "A thing of beauty. A thing of beauty. [00:30:00] MAGFAST seems to put an enormous amount of thought into their products. This is no exception." Five stars. Premium devices that perform spectacularly, 100% worth the cost. Uh, that's Joseph. Thank you, Joseph Alexander. Um, talking about database.
Uh, "I have three Air Pros." All right. Good for you, Charles. Uh, "I have three Air Pros, one for each location. Um, I think that I have found the ultimate..." You have, sir. "I think I have found the ultimate, uh, charger." Uh, thank you Charles Salibries. I think I'm pronouncing you correctly there, Charles. Thank you.
Thank you. And these are all just recent, in the last few weeks, these, um, uh, these reviews. "Finally, a company that actually backs up what they say they are making. What they tell me is 100% spot on. Who does that?" Thank you, uh, Raya Romanos, who's one of our investors. Uh, and that was during a review for the Powerbrick Pro, uh, 140.
So the products are great. Our weakness has been the systems to [00:31:00] support the products and support the company. So think customer care, uh, finance. It took us forever to do audits in the past. Uh, logistics, shipping, data analytics, a long list of the very sort of unsexy but vital parts of the business if we're gonna, if we're going to, uh, develop and grow this standard of delighting you, uh, all the way along there.
Now, if I just go through that list, uh, the list again, customer care, finance, logistics, shipping, data analytics, all of those things and many, many other things all rely on one thing Data and information Okay? Now, if you have ever built a company, you know the problem of data spread over many different, uh, systems.
'Cause you use the QuickBooks, don't you, to, to do your finances, and you use, uh, Asana or Wrike for task management, and you use HubSpot or Klaviyo for sending [00:32:00] out your email and your marketing, and you use Attentive to send out your text messages, and, oh, Shopify as your, as your shopping cart. And these are all, uh, best-in-class systems.
Uh, we have used all of those at, at some time or other. Sometimes we've used one and then switched to another. We've used all of those, but it brings about the classic company, uh, problem, which is of information being siloed and spread out into different places. And over the last, uh, decade or so, folks have made connectors, so you can connect this one to that one and that one to that one and that one to that one, but it gets into a terrible mess very, very quickly indeed.
And at MAGFAST, we have done something that I genuinely believe. Like, like if you're, if you're considering investing in the company, this is, you know, more than the beautiful products that, uh, that you saw just now. As important as those are, I think the thing that I'm, uh, talking about now, uh, is a key unlock and a very, very rare aspect of MAGFAST that's extremely difficult for, for a- [00:33:00] anyone, for any other company to replicate.
And it is, and it is this. Uh, if you were at our shareholder meeting, uh, 10, 12 days ago, uh, you met Amanda Matthews, and quietly and diligently, Amanda has been transforming the systems that we have behind the scenes, and she has created, uh... And it's just, it's very early days at the moment, but already it's a kind of superpower of MAGFAST, this thing called the single, single point of truth.
We call it SPOT, single point of truth. One place that we can go that gathers all of the information about the company. I w- I wouldn't say that we have absolutely everything together now. If I were to estimate, I think we've probably got 70% of the information brought together in one place, but it's extraordinary.
And we now have, if you're an investor or a customer or just a human who deals with MAGFAST, uh, we now have the whole truth about you all together in one place. So every order, every shipment, every [00:34:00] investment you ever made, every product you own, every fingerprint you've registered, uh, every review that you've left, every email that you've sent to us, all together entirely in one place.
Uh, and as I say, it goes beyond that. It's not just customer info. The goal is all of the data for the company, bringing it all together. It sounds so simple. I genuine- I, honestly, my hand on my heart, I doubt if one in 1,000 companies have this, and I honestly doubt that many more than that could even do it if they, if they wanted to, and I will tell you why.
In order to do a SPOT project, first of all, you have to have- Um, a brain trust of the caliber of Amanda and Joe, uh, came from an original idea, uh, by, by Rex with support from the whole team. So you have to have a way of thinking, um, that is very, very unusual. You have to have a founder or CEO who gets it and is fully behind it.
[00:35:00] Okay? So that — So already having a team and a CEO that kind of, that kind of get it and want to do it is rare. Then you have to be big enough to do it. This thing isn't easy to do. All right? It's a real job to synchron- to, to... I'll describe it, but essentially what we're doing is we're synchronizing all the information into one place.
Be careful with the word synchronizing because it Old sync systems weren't good. We're doing this in a very sophisticated way, bringing all of the information together in one place, and then you can start to, to work with it. So you have to be big enough to do it. But you also have to be not too big to do it because larger companies have got, um, an even bigger problem of all of the information siloed in different, different places, and much more complicated from a cultural point of view because folks will tend to have, you know, the marketing department will own their marketing database, and we don't want some other division coming in here and messing up with our database.
So as I say, I would be surprised if more than one in 1,000 companies has this. I wouldn't be at all surprised if it's a great deal, uh, less th- less than that, and I don't think that most [00:36:00] companies, certainly within the next few decades, will get to the point where they, where they have all this in place. I hope I'm wrong because things run, uh, run much, much, much, much better like this.
So this is becoming a MAGFAST superpower, extremely hard to replicate. Uh, venture capitalists and investors talk about a moat, where like what have you built, what are you building around your company that is extremely difficult, uh, but that protects you? Like a, an old castle with a moat around it. Um, so Spot is that very rare, very, very difficult to replicate.
That's why, why I'm completely comfortable talking, talking about it in public 'cause, uh, you're welcome to go try and do this. It's, uh, doing it is hard. Doing it well is extremely hard. So this is becoming a MAGFAST, uh, I would say, uh, superpower, and it's becoming the foundation for everything else that we do today.
Now, because we have big ambitions, we do the much harder type of audit. It's called PCAOB, and this thing is really, [00:37:00] really tough. Okay. There's kind of, there's kind of two levels. Uh, this is the, this is the standard of audit, uh, to which public companies, uh, have to be submitted, and we're sort of, we're not technically public, but we have members of the public who own our shares.
So we're doing it to that standard to give us maximum flexibility in the future. Well, the first time we went in for a PCAOB audit, it, uh, I was gonna say it nearly killed us. It nearly killed the people, uh, working on it. Incredibly difficult, incredibly tough. But as it was going on, Amanda and the team were building Spot, and I'm here to tell you that the, uh, 2025 audit, okay, that we had to put in place before this next investment round was finished about 10 months sooner than the twenty twenty-four audit, if you see what I mean.
I mean, like a year later, ten months sooner. So in other words, only two months after the twenty twenty-four audit, we got the twenty twenty-five audit. The twenty twenty-four took a long time because the systems were distributed and the PCAOB audit standard is so, so [00:38:00] high. But with all of these systems in place, we were able to do it much, much, much more quickly.
That's not much fun. It's not that interesting for most people, but it's hell of an important to the underlying, uh, structure of a company. So that's why this presentation is called Spot the Difference, because I think you can see and feel the difference here. And Spot itself, the single point of truth, is the difference.
It is a significant difference about, uh, th-this company. So what can we do with Spot? Well, now that we have all of the truth in one place, uh, most folks would understand that that can help with kind of, you know, with marketing and so on. Like, it's very easy to find everybody, uh, who's got a particular product and recommend another ma-matching product.
But we can become much more sophisticated in that. We can, we can review, um, we can say, "Find everybody who, who has this particular product, who, you know, who had a problem with it the first ti- the first time around." It's gonna be a f-fairly small group of people, but we might want to address those people and say, "Look, I, you know, I know, I know [00:39:00] you're disappointed with that first X product when it, when it, when it, when it arrived.
Um, da, da, da, da, da. Let's get you, let's get you, uh, a-another one at a special deal," or some-something rather like that. But the other thing that happens when you get all of the customer information together in one place is that customer care becomes infinitely easier. Uh, customer care for years has had this problem of in order to answer, uh, answer a ticket, and we get a lot of tickets 'cause we do events like this.
And please, if you can, if you can hold off, uh, if you can hold off for a day or two or talk to Maggie, um, that will help us to serve everybody, everybody better. So customer care for years have had to by hand, an email will come in. They'll go, they'll go look in this system, look in this system, try and piece, piece the story together.
Well, now everything is together in one place. Let's just bring up some, bring up some screenshots and just go through this real-really quickly. Okay, uh, you're looking at some sample data. Okay, obviously we're not gonna show anybody's private i-information online. Uh, so this is [00:40:00] a, this is a, a sample customer called Sam Spot Check.
And look here, you can see the, the, the total value, total spent, total value of all of the orders, uh, the total number of orders, how many MAGBucks Sam has got on hand, total invested. We can click here, uh, and see, uh, the investment round that Sam participated in and the perks that they're getting for all of, for, for, for that And we can drill into any of these.
Here's the three orders. I can drill into each of the orders, see which products are there, see their complete status. We can click here and see shipments with tracking numbers and know everything that's going on. Uh, here we can see the products that Sam owns all laid out, so we can immediately tell if Sam gets in touch about any of them.
We immediately know, we know when — where they were, when they were shipped, which specification they were, which manufacturing batch they came from, and so on. Um, uh, here we have, uh, previous tickets. Like I can drill into this. Here's a, here's a ticket. Sam got in touch with us [00:41:00] about, uh, Powerbrick Pro for some reason there.
Um, and, uh, under this new tab, Engagement here, uh, any reviews, here's what Sam thinks. As I say, it's sample data, but our imaginary Sam seems to be pretty, pretty pleased, uh, with the perfect home base, uh, wanting more of these and saying what a great little, a great little brick it is. So again, I challenge you to find a company that has all of this information together, um, about their customers all together in one place.
It's extremely rare. Extremely rare. Uh, we have the necessary, uh, sort of security provisions in place to make sure that it's, uh, that it's all very, very safe. And trust me, one secured system with it all together is much better than a whole load of, uh, a whole load of different, different systems. So everything's together in one place.
Now, this means that at last, uh, Maggie, and we've introduced you to, uh, to Maggie, who's our incredible, uh, text or voice assistant. Uh, previously, uh, Maggie was amazing at answering, uh, countless general [00:42:00] knowledge questions about MAGFAST and about our products. Now, uh, watch — Are we ready to roll the tape here?
Okay. So here is a kind of recorded live, um, a demonstration speaking to Maggie, all right, uh, as Sam Spottscheck, and you are gonna be able to, to do this on your account. Uh, we're just finalizing the kind of security 'cause we need to make sure that it is you before you speak to Maggie. Um, but this will be like speaking, uh, to a live agent who's there twenty-four hours a day and has all of your information and will be able to handle most of the things that y- that you, that you need.
Um, it's pretty incredible. Can we just roll the tape, please? Okay. Well, I'm logged into my MAGFAST account and authenticated. So let's talk to Maggie
Speaker 2: Hi, I'm Maggie. How can I help?
Speaker: Oh, hi, Maggie. Uh, this is Sam Spottscheck. Um, I invested with you a couple of months ago, and I just wanted to check, uh, what perks I'm getting and confirm that they're arriving in time for the holidays.
Speaker 2: Sure, Sam, I'll pull that [00:43:00] up for you. I see here that you've invested with us, and I can certainly check on your perks. You've got two Passport 5K- Mm-hmm ... two Air Pro, and two Database Pro investors editions. These are currently in manufacturing and ship by December seventh. Would you like me to check on anything else for you today?
Speaker: Uh, yeah, just one other thing. I actually placed an order, uh, I forget, just a few days ago, but it was due to be delivered by now. I'm away from home, and I just wanted to know whether I had a package delivered in the last couple of days.
Speaker 2: Let me just check the tracking for you. It looks like your order with the Lux Pro cables in sunshine yellow and candy pink was delivered to your mailbox in Chicago yesterday afternoon, around half past two.
Speaker: That's awesome, Maggie. Thank you. You're one in a million.
Speaker 2: Happy I could help, Sam. Have a wonderful rest of your day.
Speaker: Isn't that amazing? [00:44:00] Okay, so huge thanks to Sanya, uh, and the team for making this possible. A lot of work, uh, using Eleven Labs. If you have a business, you should go check out El-Eleven Labs.
They have the voice technology that makes all of that possible. Um, but the voice is only part of it. Having all of the information together in one place in Spot is, uh, an, an, uh, the, the — is the critical, uh, thing to make, uh, to make Maggie so, so incredible and so responsive. And I do at this moment, I want to do a shout-out to our human customer care team, uh, to Marla, Joelle, and Marco.
These guys have been doing the work for years for us under w- under kind of very unreasonable circumstances. Sometimes after these big events, they're just flooded with tickets. They lean in, they do the very best they can with kind of w-w-with, with, with heart and compassion. Uh, and I almost come to tears when I hear some of the, uh, stories from you guys, uh, there.
But we also hear that we're not quick enough, and this is a major, major move. I can't overstate how [00:45:00] having, h-having an s- an excellent agent like Maggie. There are plenty of... One of our problems is people don't want to use the chatbot because chatbots have been terrible for years, and almost all of them still are today.
I'm here to tell you that Eleven Labs themselves have an outstanding, uh, uh, chatbot. We s- uh, Eric and I, a couple of weeks ago, spent Friday evening, like an hour and a half chatting. Could we do this? Could we do that? Brilliantly programmed, and that's what we've done with Maggie. We aim to make her absolutely delightful and fast and efficient and, um, as she ramps up in the coming weeks, I do encourage, please, everybody to use Maggie.
She's gonna be able to answer all of your questions about products, whether it's for, whether it's for sales, whether it's for, whether it's for support. But I promise you, our team stays on, Marla, Joelle, and Marco, with support from the rest of us for, uh, for anything that is a little bit, a little bit more challenging And we're now working to give Marla, Joelle, and Marco additional, uh, responsibilities because we're gonna be automating much of what they've done.[00:46:00]
And I've literally said to them — Actually, because of AI, I'm saying to the whole team that your job at the moment, and I would actually, I mean, far be it from me, but I would offer this advice to anybody in employment at the moment. I believe the most valuable skill at the moment, or one of the most valuable skills that is gonna be in high demand going forward in the age of AI, is people who understand how to use AI to do things that they were, that they were previously doing because companies can't not do it.
Whatever you think of AI, whatever you think of the companies producing AI, it isn't going away, and the best AI is incredibly good in the right hands these days, so companies have to start using it. Uh, we have started using it. Uh, things like the 12 Days of Christmas would have been impossible without it, without the ability to, uh, to produce the materials and content at speed.
So companies have to. So I am saying to our team, uh, "Help us teach the system how to do the things we do now, do them better, do them more efficiently, do them twenty-four hours a day," [00:47:00] and then our team can move on, uh, to all of the — We've got so many ideas of additional things that we, uh, that we want to do, but we're constrained, uh, by resources.
And so Marla, Joelle, and Marco, I — my heart goes out to you guys. Thank you for everything you've done. Thank you for leaning in on this actual process of trying to take over what you've been doing for a while, and I'm so excited, uh, for what we're gonna be able to do together, together going forward. All right.
Um, what was the other thing I wanted to talk about? Um, oh, yes, yes, yes, yes. The other major problem has been shipping. Now, uh, let me tell you about how shipping typically works. Uh, almost all companies, um, ship using what's called a 3PL. Stands for third-party logistics. Third-party logistics. And there's lots of 3PLs around there.
The biggest, the most famous one, uh, is Amazon now. Walmart's getting in on the game rather, rather belatedly. There are many, many of them, many, many, uh, uh, [00:48:00] large companies, large and small, that do third-party logistics. Now, we have actually, uh, a member of our early team who's based overseas, runs a 3PL, uh, in Shenzhen, uh, and has done a fantastic job for us from there for years.
And we had another 3PL, uh, that was over in, uh, Post Falls, Idaho. Uh, they were doing kind of, uh, kind of okay, but there were relationship problems. Uh, we, like, we love everybody, but there were some challenges with the way that they would charge us for the product, so we weren't quite happy there. Um, and, uh, our Shenzhen team was setting up a new operation, uh, here in the United States in Virginia.
And, um- We're grateful to them, but it ain't gonna work out. Uh, we, we just weren't able to get the systems talking together properly. Uh, philosophically, the, the, the US-based team, uh, didn't, wasn't, wasn't a good fit with us. So we're doing something radical. Instead of looking for another 3PL that may or may not be what we want, uh, we're [00:49:00] going old school.
We're doing what a startup would do. Uh, you know, if, um, if you and I were to start a new business together and we said, "Right, we're gonna do, uh, we're gonna do, uh, candles. We're gonna do h-homemade candles, and we're gonna do them right here at home." We'd make the candles and we'd pack them up, wouldn't we?
Uh, we'd take the orders off our website, and we would pack them up on the kitchen table. Now, there isn't a kitchen table big enough for a MAGFAST kitchen table shipping operation. Uh, but we have rented, uh, a facility, a suitably sized facility, not tiny, not, uh, not, uh, like the, was it like the three bears?
Not, not too big, not too small, just right, um, facility in Florida. Um, and it's going to be, uh, operated initially by the two Joes, okay? Um, uh, Joe Torres, we call him Jot. Joe T, Jot. Um, uh, it's gonna be operated by, uh, Jot is masterminding the whole thing, and Joelle, I just mentioned from customer care, who lives nearby.
Uh, we're gonna be operating our own shipping facility. Now, [00:50:00] some folks will be watching this saying, "That's lunacy. Everybody else uses a 3PL. Why don't you use a 3PL?" And I will tell you why. Remember I said- If this is the — if this is a regular standard, we want to be here, and I believe we've done that with our products now.
I think any reasonable person would agree that we've done that with the products. I just spoke to you about how customer care, with all of the good human heart in it, because of these huge waves of, um, that, that come in from our events, we've never been able to get it to the... Like individual tickets, oh my God, up, up here.
But as an overall standard, we haven't been there. Uh, Maggie and Spot allow us to, to leapfrog and move to, I think, to a superior level. Not tomorrow, but in the coming, in the coming weeks and in the coming months. And it's the same f- the same for shipping. Even if we got a perfect relationship with, with a 3PL and everything was working smoothly, we could only ever get to here from a service point of view.
All right, let's imagine that we got everything right. They, they could do the same-day shipping and this, that, and the other. But it could never be where we need from a company [00:51:00] point of view because the 3PLs, they just send you a big invoice at the end of the month. Oh, yeah, you know, oh, yeah, well, we, we sh- they would say, "Oh, we ship everything as economically as we can."
But they can't do that because they're doing tens of thousands of packages for thousands of companies. So what we're doing is, uh, Jot, Jot Torres, uh, on our team, new on our team. He joined us for audit, by the way, and it's very powerful having people who understand audit who then go to build, build the systems because they become rigorous, they become vicious about making sure that there's total and complete record-keeping of everything.
So Jot is building a simple system where when the orders c- orders come in, we already know the inventory p- uh, position because, because of Spot. We can look that up now. I can look up — Can we just bring that up on the screen real quick? Here's at, at this moment, here's the inventory, inventory position.
Look right there in Spot. Again, previously, we had to log into some other company's special software to get this. So we know the inventory position, we print out the labels there, and pack and ship them. And it also [00:52:00] means that while we won't do this, uh, for every single package, we'll put love in every single package.
But if necessary, if there's been a problem, we can write a little note and put it, and put it in there. And when we have, uh, marketing ideas or promotional ideas, we can essentially put those into practice immediately. We can have an idea one day and be shipping that idea the next day. If it's something like if we wanted to send out, you know, a promotional leaflet or something, just to give a, a simple and, and very normal example, um, we could, we could create that today, uh, send it to a local printer in, uh, in Florida, print out, you know, 3,000 of them, and the next morning, they could be going in with every single package.
Completely impossible. That operation would t- would take days at best working with a 3PL. So we're super, super excited about this major, major leapfrog. We're going back to basics. Uh, we're getting a, a real warehouse, a mini warehouse, excuse me, in Florida. Uh, and Jot and Joelle are gonna figure it out, and they're gonna build SOPs, standard operating [00:53:00] procedures, for shipping so that, uh, we can then replicate it in, in more places.
Uh, the Clear Cut Case is a case in point. As you know, this is our kind of our lead magnet. Uh, this is the way that for p- folks who aren't ready to spend hundreds of do- to spend hundreds of dollars with us on one of our super premium products. Nobody ever regrets that, but, uh, they're not ready for that yet.
We get a Clear Cut Case into their hands. They love it. They trust us. Well, Clear Cut Cases, we would love to have distributed much more acro- kind of across the country and around the world so that they arrive super quick. And so the system that Jot is developing, which we're piloting in Florida, uh, will be able to, um, be replicated in three places, five places, 50 places, as many places as w- as we want all around the world because it's being built to be agnostic to its location.
It's not gonna care about its location. It's gonna know its location, but it's, it's not gonna, um, from a software point of view, care. So we then will be able to set up a, a West Coast facility, tell it where it is, and each order that comes in, it's gonna go check what is the [00:54:00] optimal shipping path, the best combination of speed and price.
Uh, that's gonna be huge because when we look at where, uh, where we think money is not being optimally spent in the company, shipping is a, is a huge part of this. So I hope that that gives you, um, some idea of the advances that we're making behind the scenes. Um- The, uh, yeah, actually one more thing. In Spot, uh, just a couple of days ago, uh, we got it wired into all of the shipping carriers.
So, so, so we now get real-time, uh, data on each of the, uh, on every single shipment as it's, uh, as it's moving. And just bring this up on the screen. Also in Spot, Amanda, genius, is building something called Workflows. So, uh, every business process can be designed within Spot and can flow within. And the thing you're seeing on the screen right now i- is one of our first workflows, and it's going to be to control shipping.
So we're gonna stop that nonsense that, um, when somebody prints a label and there is a [00:55:00] shipping number, we're not gonna notify you at that point because it's ridiculous. You click on it, and you go to the UPS or whatever it is, and it says, "Uh, no information." L- You know, "We'll l- we'll let you know when we hear.
Someone must have printed a label. We'll let you know." That's just annoying. All right? We might send you saying, you know, we're, we're, we're packing it and it's going soon, but we're not gonna send you the shipping number until guess what? Until it's actually shipping. All right? Um, so Spot is wired into all of the carriers.
Yes, we're still gonna use carriers, by the way. We're not gonna, uh, Jo- the, the, the two, the two Joes are not gonna be, um, driving around the country, uh, delivering stuff door to door. We're gonna use the carriers, but we're not gonna use a 3PL. Uh, and if we ever use one again, they're gonna have very detailed standard operating procedures, and they're gonna be using, uh, Spot to monitor every aspect of the operation.
Yeah, so the thing on the screen, this is the first draft of our shipping workflow, right, in Spot This is gonna, uh, enable us to be much more accurate with [00:56:00] our dates. When we give you dates in future, you're gonna know that we mean it, and we plan on beating it. Okay. So, um, yeah, so those are the major things.
Uh, those are the major concerns, uh, raised by our investors, uh, the other day. Um, uh, I'll just go through some of the other comments here. Uh, folks were saying they were seeing fulfilled when orders weren't fulfilled. Again, that's a problem with the data systems. It's gonna be solved by Spot. Uh, not today, literally today, not literally tomorrow, but in the coming, uh, weeks, you're gonna see a total transformation in all of that.
Um, uh, another thing that our, our investors were asking for was could we support them better in advocating for MAGFAST? They're super enthusiastic about the products. Like, th- this was a common, a common reframe was like, "Well, we love the product. We wanna tell people about the products. We're a little bit shy because of, because of the shipping."
Okay, well, we've told you about that. "And we're a little bit shy 'cause we don't know how to articulate how great MAGFAST products are to our f- friends and [00:57:00] family and to others." Uh, so we're gonna be putting together a kind of advocacy kit, but it's gonna be based on, uh, data. Okay? It's gonna be based around Spot so that we can properly measure, you know, if you're making recommendations, we wanna be able to track them properly.
F- folks will be able to earn kind of bonuses, uh, I don't know, possibly commissions, certainly bonus products, that kind, that kind of thing. We're gonna put together a full influencer ambassador, uh, program. Uh, we've committed to revisiting that, uh, by September. I think we'll have something, something terrific in place, uh, for the holiday season.
We, you know, we're, we're revisiting it now, but we're gonna be able to tell you something about it, um, by then. So it's gonna be a fantastic, uh, loyalty program. Uh, customers, um, investors were asking to be able to see everything in one place. Well, we can now see everything in one place. Uh, we just need to do a version of it that is appropriate for customers rather than for internal use.
Again, that is, um, uh, it's not g- again, it's not gonna happen today, but it's gonna come in the next few, uh, months, and it is technically [00:58:00] essentially trivial compared to anything that could ever have been done, uh, before. We have all of the data in one place, and we can now use, uh, we kind of Claude and like a Claude Code, other incredible tools to help us build an interface for you far more quickly, far more efficiently than has ever been, uh, possible before.
Um, uh, you've also asked for a better way of being in touch with us. Uh, absolutely. investors@MAGFAST.com is gonna be, uh, is going to be handled separately, uh, and within Spot when you log in, you're gonna get, uh, b- there's gonna be an area that's gonna be only for, only for investors in there. Um, and, uh, hopefully we're gonna give you something to put in your, uh, your wallets soon.
We spoke about that, uh, a while back, and I think we're getting closer to that. Again, with all of the data in one place, it becomes possible. Folks want clearer instructions and guides and diagrams. The first phase of that is live at the bottom of our, uh, homepage, especially Database Pro. I mentioned earlier on we've got that there.
Um, and then folks were asking about MAGBucks, uh, [00:59:00] yet again. I'll just say it out loud, MAGBucks, uh, when we had to restart the company two years ago, uh, and I think in business it's generally been recognized as, uh, a smart and successful choice. Uh, MAGBucks was the way of providing maximum benefit to existing, uh, customers, uh, who we, who we had let down going forward, but in a way structurally that wouldn't cripple the company for the future.
Uh, and to be honest, folks have been, have been using them. Millions and millions of dollars of MAGBucks have b- have been used. If you haven't, I encourage you to use them, um, and you will be able to use them for Christmas in July. The, the offers are stru- structured very slightly differently, again, because we need to do it in a way that makes sense for everybody.
But yeah, if you've got lots of MAGBucks, if I were you, I would go crazy during Christmas in July. I really would. I would lean in, aim to use as many of them as you can. Uh, there'll never be better, better prices, and there'll never be better prices than there are, uh, with, uh, w- using, [01:00:00] using your MAGBucks. So, um, that's just about it, I think, uh, in terms of news.
Um, uh, Christmas in July comes, uh, just over a week from now, right on the 1st of July. Uh, right now we are open if you would like to invest. Let me take you quickly through, uh, the details of that 'cause I can — I know a lot of people are kind of dying to, uh, dying to hear about it. So if you think this is fun, if you like what you're hearing, if you thought the team was incredible the other day, if you think I've at least, uh, lived up to your expectations today, if you think the products are fantastic, if you believe what I've just shown you, if you believe your own eyes what I've just shown you, uh, with the, the new systems we're bringing in for Spot, um, then we're gonna open a window of investing with incredible perks until, uh, midnight on June the thirtieth.
These — When we do these investment rounds, they're extremely labor-intensive. We need to pack it into, uh, into a tight, a tight week. We find when we extend it, it doesn't [01:01:00] make that much difference. People either invest or they don't invest when we, when we do these windows, uh, because we need the team focusing on Christmas in July, you see.
So, um, uh, deadline June the thirtieth at midnight. Okay, uh, you are welcome to invest. I think the minimum is a little over a hundred. It's like a hundred and ten and change, something like that is the minimum investment. Um, uh, the whole thing is regulated, I should mention for those of you who are new around here, by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Um, we offer, uh, these equities under what is called Reg CF rules. You can look up the, the Reg CF rules. Um, we have to do a rigorous audit. We've actually audited to a significantly higher standard than is required for Reg CF, but the audit is all filed, uh, with the SEC and EDGAR, and I don't know. So it's a, it's a big, it's a big, big deal.
Um, and under Reg CF rules, uh, all investments take place through, um, a, a, a federally, federally qualified platform. Uh, we, as you know, work with the team at NetCapital, [01:02:00] who have been incredible to us. Uh, we are, I believe, the all-time number one issuer, meaning, uh, company issuing equities. Uh, we're the all-time number one issuer on, uh, NetCapital.
We were, we were a couple of weeks ago when I last looked. If someone's overtaken us, um, let's put that right over the course of the next week, people, shall we? Um, yeah, so, uh, so it's gonna be Net, NetCapital, uh, .com I think slash company slash MAGFAST, but we're gonna give you, give you the link, uh, here. Uh, button should be — If you're watching us, um, at MAGFAST.com, there should be a button appearing underneath.
It'll link straight over there. And here are the, uh, the perks. I've kind of given you the thesis of why we think you might want to own a part of MAGFAST. Um, but here's a little extra, uh, a little, something a little extra. Um, the perks are essentially gifts of MAGFAST products. It really does, it does wash out, doesn't it?
This, uh, this white there. Let me show you the bl- Let me show you a black one here. Okay. So here are the, here are the perks. All right. If you invest Uh, [01:03:00] $500 or more, you'll, you'll, you'll wind up... By the way, if you stick in 500, it'll give you — it'll offer you, like, a little bit below 500, a little bit above.
You need to be a little bit above if you want to get a Passport. All right? Remember, Passport is our beautiful little snap-on charger. Just as a reminder, it is the first in the world to have wireless magnetic charging in. So you're gonna charge like this with or without your phone. All right? You can charge like this or like this.
Uh, the beauty, of course, um, with, uh, with Air Pro is that you can charge multiples at once, um, so which is, uh, which, which is great. So Passport in any of the six colors, right? Black and white, and yellow, and pink, and green and orange. You'll be able to choose any of those co- any of those colors, uh, if you invest $500 or more.
At $1,000 or more, we're gonna add an Air Pro. So you're gonna get an Air Pro and a Passport. Here I am mixing black and white, and you would be welcome to do that. Okay, so, uh, Investors Limited Edition. It's gonna be the... Here look, the logo's gonna be right on it. [01:04:00] Investors Limited Edition Air Pro. Investors Limited Edition Passport in any, each of them in any of the colors.
At $2,000, it's sort of e-even better than twice as good as, uh, $1,000, uh, because yeah, you'll get two Air Pros, right? Double the $1,000 level. Uh, two Passports, double the $1,000 level. Again, and you can mix and match these in any colors that you would like. And we will be adding to that two Databases. Okay?
Database, the amazing, the amazing hub. Allows you to plug in... I forget what the total number is. Is it a 10, 12? I think it's, I think we call it a 13-port hub altogether. There's 13 ports around here. You can just plug everything into it. Uh, we stream and record using, using the hub. I have, uh, I have an early ceramic white, uh, up there in the ceiling, uh, now with everything, everything connected, connected through that.
So this is where you're joining all of your stuff together. So [01:05:00] $2,000 level, let's say it again, two Air Pros, two Passports And two databases. Okay? Passports are on a slightly, uh, longer production time. I think they probably won't be here for the holidays. Everything else in, in good time, uh, for the holidays.
Uh, then if you invest $3,000 or more, uh, you're gonna get, uh, double what you just heard at the $2,000 level. So, uh, I guess four of each. Four Air Pros, uh, four databases, four passports. So if you can go from, uh, two to $3,000, um, it doubles. Doubles from 2,000 to 3,000 even though the money, uh, doesn't, doesn't double.
Okay? So we think that that's pretty great. We're extremely grateful to all the folks who joined us, uh, ever as an, as an investor. I hope we're making you proud with the stuff we're doing now. The stuff I just told you about Spot, I... Trust me, m- m- few public, few of the, uh, Fortune, uh, Fortune 500, uh, do [01:06:00] that.
Trust me. They'll, they'll have the whole, whole big tech departments costing a lot of money. They don't have all of everything together in one place like that. All right. So, um, uh, $3,000. And then if you invest at the $5,000 level, the perks, uh, stay the same, 'cause we kind of maxed out on, on h- how generous we can be with the perks there.
Uh, but you will receive an invitation to join me and the team personally, uh, when we do the Consumer Electronics Show, as we did, uh, we did this very successfully in January of this year. Uh, again, the Consumer Electronics Show, uh, comes early, uh, January of next year, and you'll be invited to join us for dinner either in Vegas at the Consumer Electronics Show or in, uh, or here in New York, uh, directly after, uh, the Consumer Electronics Show.
So, uh, all of it in any of the colors you like. You can mix and match them. Uh, all are limited edition, numbered, uh, ceramic, uh, and they're gonna be, uh, yours. Okay? Uh, they're all gonna come with the new locked-in industry-leading three-year warranty on everything. [01:07:00] Let's just talk about warranty for just a second.
Um, you may, you might say, "Well, Hang, you used to do a lifetime warranty." Uh, yes, we did. Uh, there were two challenges with it. Uh, one was defining lifetime, which we clearly, uh, defined on the website But, uh, nobody cared for or believed in that. We, we did what the, it, what, excuse me. We did what the industry did with lifetime warranty.
We were more generous than most folks in the industry. What we found was that consistently, consumers, and research backs this up, consumers, when they hear lifetime, they sort of imagine free stuff forever no matter, no matter what. They could have imagined that the dog can chew it after five years, and they should get a free one.
Um, it's, it's kind of a pity, but, uh, what we found was that the very best programs are now, uh, time-limited. Three years is still way more generous. Other folks are on six [01:08:00] months or a year. Um, s-some of the very best ones are eighteen months. So we're still way, way, way more generous, uh, than the rest of the industry.
But it's now, um, at a, at a much more sustainable level in terms of, uh, service and care. So what, excuse me. What we're actually gonna do is to do a hundred-day warranty. Others typically do thirty, some do longer. So a hundred, a hundred-day guarantee, I'm sorry, um, where just return it for any reason if you're not delighted, uh, within a hundred days.
Very few people do that. Any investors who are concerned about it, the data shows that thirty — the thirty-day window is when returns happen, if they happen. Um, but from a marketing point of view, extending to a hundred is a, is a very smart thing to do. Hundred-day guarantee, three-year, uh, warranty, which is all, uh, all written up, and lifetime loyalty.
All right? Regardless of the legal position on guarantee and warranty, uh, we're gonna have your back forever. At any time you get in touch with us about anything, about your products, all right? Or anything for that [01:09:00] matter. You're having trouble with one of your kids? Hey, give us a call. Maggie will be sympathetic.
She'll listen, she'll listen to you. Maggie will talk to you for as long as you like about any of your problems. Um, no, but, uh, but a, a lifetime of loyalty from us to you, uh, and we're gonna do, we're gonna do everything we can, but the formal warranty period will be, will be three years. Okay. So that's it, the locked-in industry-leading three-year warranty on everything.
So, um, yeah, you remember that quote earlier on? "A company that actually backs up what they say," a hundred percent spot on. Who does that? You remember Roy, our investor from earlier on. Um, that's, you know, that's the, that's the flavor that we're working to, uh, to bring to all of this. So let's wrap this up now.
Uh, where are we? A single source of truth. That's gonna move the- which is the data. It's an IT operation. Howdahl databases, uh, Lambda, S3 buckets, uh, I don't know, who knows what it is. Very clever. Amanda and the team [01:10:00] doing some very, very clever stuff. I'll take a little credit for, uh, for supporting this, and I wanna give a shout-out to Rex, who first spoke to me over thirty years ago about the vision of bringing everything together in o- one place.
It was just incredibly difficult to do, um, without the modern tools that are available and without the people that we're so fortunate to have at MAGFAST. So, uh, one source of truth, that's gonna enable us to take service and shipping and all kinds of internal procedures to a whole new level. We're not trying to be okay, all right?
We're working to make everything truly delightful. And I'll tell you, delightful is a tough, tough standard. You try it in, try it in your own life for a day. Oh my God, was the thing I just said to them delightful? Oh, the email I, I'm, I'm drafting here, is that, is that delightful? This thing I was pr- preparing to do for someone's birthday, is it delightful?
Delightful is a high and very, very tough and demanding standard, and that's what we're aiming for. Again, we don't always meet it, but w- that's the standard that we're aiming for. So if you've ever thought about investing, uh, the window is [01:11:00] open now until midnight on the thirtieth of, uh, uh, June with these, with these perks.
Uh, technically, with the SEC, we're available, uh, after that, but the perks, uh, stop hard at midnight on the thirtieth of June, okay? Fantastic perks, five hundred dollar level, thousand dollar level, uh, two thousand, three thousand, five thousand. You can invest any amount you want. As I say, over about a hundred and hundred and ten, we'd love to welcome you to the MAGFAST family.
That's just about it. Uh, uh, love to get your, uh, your questions and your comments, um, and I wanna say a huge thank you to the whole of the team, uh, here and behind the scenes who've made all this possible. The biggest thank you, of course, as always, goes to you for supporting us, uh, and allowing us to play, doing, I think, the best and most exciting work of our lives.
So go take a look, invest, uh, invest only if it's right for you. Nobody should be putting in their mortgage money, their, their college fund. Um, nobody should be putting in next [01:12:00] month's rent. But if you've got a little bit to spare, if you've got some money that maybe you'd have thrown away at Vegas, um, or something like that, um, or you have a serious investment portfolio with a, with a segment, uh, for, for newer kind of higher risk investments, uh, we would love to have you, have you join us.
Uh, before I go, of course, we've got our prize winners to do. Uh, everyone who registered for this put into the prize draw. Uh, they've just sent the results through here to the iPad. Uh, so in real time — Okay, so the prize is beautiful Air Pro, okay? Uh, fifteen watt shipping now, the original first, first version one, uh, with a beautiful, uh, black, uh, Lux Pro cable and Powerbrick Pro, uh, one-forty power source.
You can either have them, uh, right now, version one shipping right now, or you can choose from any of the colors that you just saw. It'll come a little bit later this year, but in time, guaranteed in time for the — in time for the holidays. There'll be the twenty-five watt upgrade that the industry just released.
Uh, so it's up to you. And our prize winners [01:13:00] are... Let's have a look here. Okay, three prize winners, same prize for everybody. The first, uh, Dennis T. Um, and Fred, it looks like we don't have your phone number on file here. Um, so please watch your email, and when we do get in touch, let's get your phone number on file, please. And finally, looks like it's all, all guys today. Uh, Rick C., Clinton Township, uh, Michigan, uh, since December twenty-one. Thank you so much.
Oh, and invested in multiple, uh, rounds across multiple years. Thank you so much, Fred. Uh, also a bunch of MAGBucks. Gold tier for MAGFAST Club Rewards. Um, and yeah, a bunch of, uh, orders in Shopify I see, including, uh, the last one as recently as March. And it also says here, it looks like we have a couple of, uh, your orders, uh, Rick, that are on hold waiting you confirming your address.
So when we get in touch, let's get that sorted out for you as well. All right, that's it. Uh, thank you so much for, for sticking with us. Thank you so much for being in the prize draw. Prize winners stand by. We'll be in touch with you, uh, shortly. Thank you so much for being a part of MAGFAST. It's gonna be a really, uh, [01:15:00] fun couple of months, a really fun summer.
So let's, uh, let's go get 'em.
