The MAGFAST Family Weekly Update #19 – Aug 4th

I spent a good 90 minutes with Shawn Herzinger (our chief engineer at P3) this morning. We go over it in more detail in this weeks video update but basically everything is on track. There’s a bunch of work going on around charging ‘edge cases’ – things like someone stacking together a more-than-normal number of units and how they should behave both mechanically and electrically.

We mentioned a few weeks ago that even though we’re thrilled with our numbers to date, in manufacturing terms we are still relatively small, so its taking longer than expected to get the custom battery manufacturers to finalize proposals. Shawn’s bought on a second company to work on this as a precaution.
