Orders & Shipping

Will I pay customs fees on an international order?
If your order ships to an address outside the United States, you pay the import duties and taxes your country charges. These are set by your country's government, and they're separate from MAGFAST's shipping cost.
What to expect
Duties and taxes are your responsibility. They're between you and your country's customs authority, and MAGFAST doesn't set them or receive them.
Every country has its own rules. What you pay depends on where you live, the value of your order, and what's in it.
The charge may be collected at the border or by the carrier at delivery, depending on your country and the carrier.
We do our best to label every package accurately for customs, so it clears as smoothly as possible.
We can't calculate your local charges for you, because only your customs authority knows exactly what applies.
How to find out the amount
Your local customs department or postal service can tell you what applies to your country. FedEx also publishes a helpful overview of duties and taxes.
Tips for a smooth delivery
Make sure your phone number and email address are correct, so the carrier can reach you about any charges.
If a carrier contacts you about a payment, pay it promptly so your package keeps moving.
