Why we mostly sell direct
Selling directly to the people who use our products lets us do what matters most: build great products, answer your questions personally, and look after you after you've bought.
Big retail also works very differently from how a young company runs. Large purchase orders arrive before the money does, payment usually comes 60 to 90 days after delivery, and unsold inventory can be returned. For a company building new products, that can slow down the very thing you want us doing, which is making and shipping them.
What about stores?
We'd love to be on store shelves when the time is right. We don't have retail dates to share yet. If that changes, you'll hear about it first.
