MAGBucks

How do I use my MAGBucks?
Using MAGBucks takes about two minutes: sign in, choose an amount, copy your code and paste it at checkout. Here's the whole journey.
Before you start
Your Settlement page shows how your MAGBucks were calculated, and it has a short video from Kate that walks through everything below. Its link is in the email titled Your MAGBucks are ready! from noreply@MAGFAST.com. If you can't find the email, write to Hello@MAGFAST.com and we'll send it again.
Use the right email address. Sign in with the email address shown on your Settlement page. We consolidated any other accounts you had under that one primary email.
Please don't create a new account. Your MAGBucks live in your existing account, so a brand-new one will be empty. If you've forgotten your password, choose Forgot password and follow the steps.
Step by step
Pick your products. Browse the MAGFAST store and add what you'd like to your cart. Note your order subtotal (the total before tax).
Sign in to your MAGFAST account.
Open MAGBucks Program. On desktop it's in the menu on the left. On mobile it's at the top.
Choose your amount. You can use MAGBucks on up to 50% of your order, so choose an amount that is half your subtotal or less.
Click Redeem, then copy the store credit code that appears.
Paste the code at checkout in the discount code box, and you're done.
Good to know: MAGBucks can't be combined with other offers, so use them on an order without another offer applied.
Quick check: if your subtotal is $100, redeem $50 or less. If you try to apply more than 50%, checkout shows an error and nothing is lost. Pick a smaller amount and try again.
Not ready to use your code yet?
No problem. When you redeem, the code is stored safely in My rewards, on your MAGBucks Program page, and it waits there until you're ready. Your MAGBucks balance goes down when you redeem because the value has moved into the code, not because anything has disappeared.
