What are MAGBucks and why am I receiving them?
MAGBucks are MAGFAST's way of honoring your past support. If you pre-ordered a product we weren't able to ship, you're receiving MAGBucks worth double that product's full retail price, to spend on our current and upcoming products.
The short version
MAGBucks are store credit. You can use them at MAGFAST.com, and each one is worth $1.
You receive double. For each product we couldn't ship, we take its highest retail price and double it, no matter how low your original special price was.
You can use them on up to 50% of an order. This keeps our inventory funded so we can fulfill every MAGBucks order.
Why you're receiving MAGBucks
After several years of rising manufacturing costs, high operating expenses and the skyrocketing cost of online advertising, MAGFAST was set to close in March 2024. Customers who hadn't yet received their products would have received nothing.
With just weeks to go, new support and a new plan gave MAGFAST a way forward, built on the belief that with patience and backing from our customers, MAGFAST could be fixed.
The plan builds on MAGFAST's real strengths with a new business model. We cut back the number of products and projects, discontinued products that were out of date or too expensive to manufacture, and put all our resources behind doing each remaining product well, on a major scale, with significant partnerships. All products will be in full production before they go on sale.
MAGBucks are our way of honoring your past contributions. Pre-order customers get to benefit twice over as the new business model unfolds.
How MAGBucks are calculated
For every product we weren't able to ship, we take the highest price at which it was sold (not your lower special offer price) and double it.
Example: A product was priced at $100 in our store. You probably received a big discount on it, but we take the full $100 retail price and double it, so you receive $200 in MAGBucks.
If you had more than one unshipped product, you receive MAGBucks for each one, and they're added together into your total.
Products that have since been manufactured and shipped to everyone who pre-ordered them aren't included in your MAGBucks, because you received the product itself.
How you can use MAGBucks

MAGBucks can cover up to 50% of any order placed in our online store.
MAGBucks work with everything in the store. They can't be combined with other offers.
Our new products are designed to suit all customers (Android, iPhone and beyond), to be beautifully designed, and to make perfect gifts.
Why the 50% limit? It lets us fund the inventory needed to fulfill MAGBucks orders. Without it, the company would have difficulty raising the investment capital it needs to keep going.
