My MAGBucks balance went down after I redeemed. Where did they go?
Your MAGBucks haven't gone anywhere. When you click Redeem, the value moves from your balance into a store credit code, and that code is waiting for you under My rewards.
What happens when you redeem
Sign in to your MAGFAST account and open MAGBucks Program. Your total MAGBucks is at the top.
Scroll down to the list of amounts you can redeem as store credit. Each one has a Redeem button.
When you redeem an amount, your balance goes down by that amount, and a store credit code with the same value is created.
Example: with a balance of 609 MAGBucks, redeeming a $10 store credit leaves a balance of 599 MAGBucks, plus a $10 code in My rewards.
Finding your code again
Open My rewards at the top of your MAGBucks Program page and copy the code from there. Paste it in the discount code box at checkout whenever you're ready.
Remember
You can redeem as much or as little as you like.
Each code can cover up to 50% of an order's subtotal.
