MAGBucks

Why aren't my MAGBucks working?
Almost every MAGBucks hiccup comes down to one of four things, and each has a quick fix.
Tip: Kate's video on your Settlement page walks through the whole process and often pinpoints the issue. Your Settlement page link is in the email titled Your MAGBucks are ready! If you can't find it, write to Hello@MAGFAST.com.
1. The code is larger than 50% of your order
This is the most common one. MAGBucks can cover up to 50% of your order subtotal (before tax). This keeps the company strong enough to keep making products for you. If a code covers more than half your subtotal, checkout shows an error.
The fix: redeem an amount that is half your subtotal or less.
Example: with a $100 subtotal, redeem a $50 code. With a $324 subtotal, a $250 code is too large, and the most you can apply is $162, so choose an amount at or below that.
2. You don't have enough MAGBucks for that amount
On your MAGBucks Program page, some Redeem buttons may be greyed out. That means your balance is lower than that amount.
Example: with 609 MAGBucks, every amount above 609 is greyed out. Each time you redeem, your balance goes down, and more of the larger amounts grey out. That's a good sign: it means redeeming is working.
3. You're signed in to a different account
MAGBucks live in the account that matches the email on your Settlement page. If your balance looks empty, sign out and sign back in with that email. Please don't create a new account, since your MAGBucks won't be in it.
4. Another offer is already on your order
MAGBucks can't be combined with other offers. If your cart has another offer or discount applied, remove it, or choose the offer instead of your MAGBucks.
Saved codes
If you redeem a code but don't use it right away, it waits for you under My rewards on your MAGBucks Program page.
